Key Responsibilities\n \n Deliver high-quality individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to address the unique psychological needs of patients. \n Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and develop comprehensive treatment plans. \n Maintain an effective caseload, managing clients with diverse psychological challenges and tracking their progress over time. \n Exhibit expert competencies in identifying the right psychological interventions by collaborating with clients and their families to formulate and implement successful resolution plans. \n Utilize advanced clinical skills for counseling, crisis intervention, and providing therapeutic interventions to clients facing urgent mental health crises. \n Document treatment plans, progress notes, and revisions meticulously to ensure compliance and quality care. \n Provide educational resources and supportive programs for patients and their families to promote mental wellness. \n Engage in ongoing evaluations to monitor patient progress and refine treatment strategies as needed. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n The ideal candidate will work with a broad spectrum of clients who may be experiencing various types of psychological distress, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will play a critical role in understanding and addressing the emotional and psychological needs of individuals and families, enhancing their quality of life through effective mental health interventions. Qualifications\n \n A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required. \n A current and valid mental health license, such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD, is mandatory. \n Strong foundation in clinical skills and ethical practice in mental health settings. \n Preferred Experience\n Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience within a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices and the ability to manage complex patient cases. Experience in telehealth or remote counseling is highly desirable, providing additional insights into effective virtual engagement strategies. Compensation and Benefits\n This position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 135,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
