Key Responsibilities\n \n Provide therapeutic services, utilizing evidence-based practices, to individuals, couples, and families who are coping with a variety of mental health issues, emotional disturbances, and relational conflicts. \n Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to both regulatory and organizational standards to uphold the highest quality of care. \n Engage and involve family members in the therapeutic process, when relevant, to facilitate a collaborative approach to healing and support. \n Establish and nurture respectful and professional relationships with colleagues, support staff, and community partners, enhancing interdisciplinary collaboration. \n Facilitate communication with external organizations and resources to ensure a coordinated approach to care for clients. \n Serve as an advocate for clients by providing crisis intervention and resource navigation in emergency situations to promote safety and well-being. \n Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing training sessions to continuously improve clinical skills and therapeutic approaches. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n This role is centered around serving a diverse population, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds, different age groups, and a wide range of relationship dynamics. You will work closely with clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and family dynamics, all while being mindful of the holistic aspects of their well-being. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field. \n A valid LMFT license in the state of California. \n Proficiency in LMFT ethics and principles, ensuring safe and effective practice. \n Strong communication skills, with an ability to convey empathy and understanding to clients from diverse backgrounds. \n Excellent organizational skills sufficient for managing caseloads and clinical documentation efficiently. \n Capability to remain composed and effective in crisis situations, employing appropriate interventions. \n Preferred Experience\n \n A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience actively working with individuals, couples, and families. \n Demonstrated experience utilizing specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Systems Therapy. \n Previous collaboration with community organizations and resources enhancing the comprehensive care of clients strongly preferred. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive compensation package that ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually alongside comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plans, professional development stipends, and generous paid time off policies.
