Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources. \n Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy. \n Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to establish coordinated care and accurate diagnoses. \n Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include specific goals and intervention strategies tailored to each client. \n Facilitate psychoeducation classes, support groups, and therapy sessions to foster community and learning. \n Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary. \n Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation in line with ethical and legal standards to track progress and inform treatment planning. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n This role predominantly serves children and adolescents struggling with a range of mental health issues.
