You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to maximize function, mobility, safety, and independence. Our setting emphasizes high-quality care, thoughtful scheduling, and the use of advanced rehabilitation technologies—including the ZeroG® Gait & Balance System—to accelerate recovery and build confidence in mobility. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive PT evaluations including mobility, strength, balance, tone, coordination, endurance, and functional performance. Develop individualized plans of care using evidence-based interventions for neurologic and complex medical rehabilitation populations. Deliver skilled interventions to improve gait, balance, transfers, stair negotiation, and functional mobility using appropriate assistive devices and technology. Utilize the ZeroG® system for safe, progressive gait and balance training (as appropriate for patient presentation and goals). Collaborate with physicians, nursing, OT, SLP, case management, and families to coordinate care and optimize outcomes. Provide patient and caregiver education on safe mobility, HEPs, fall prevention, equipment use, and discharge planning. Document evaluations, daily notes, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely per standards and payer requirements. Participate in team meetings, care conferences, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development offerings. Patient Populations (edit as needed) You may work with patients including (but not limited to): Stroke, brain injury (TBI), spinal cord injury, and other neurologic diagnoses Qualifications Required Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent). Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice. CPR certification (or ability to obtain within required timeframe).
