Liaise with external advisors on audits, tax filings, and compliance matters. Qualifications Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP (healthcare accounting experience preferred). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Proficient in accounting systems/ERPs (Sage Intacct or similar preferred). Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial audiences. High integrity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred). Minimum 6 years of progressive accounting experience; public accounting background is a plus.
