Work Environment\n This role is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while contributing to our innovative outpatient office. Our typical work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though some adjustments may be needed based on patient requirements. As part of an encouraging team, you will participate in regular virtual meetings, case consultations, and professional development sessions to enhance your skills and connect with fellow professionals. Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' unique needs, strengths, and treatment goals. \n Develop and implement tailored therapy plans employing a variety of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. \n Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, helping participants explore their feelings, behaviors, and relationships while fostering a sense of belonging. \n Engage with an interdisciplinary team, consisting of psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for patients. \n Provide crisis intervention and emergency support, guiding patients through times of urgent need and ensuring their safety and well-being. \n Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment plans, and community resources to enhance their understanding and involvement in care. \n Maintain accurate, confidential patient records while adhering to ethical and legal standards. \n Participate in ongoing education, keeping up with the latest developments in mental health therapies and emerging best practices. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will be working with a diverse client base, including individuals facing various mental health challenges. Our patients come from different cultural backgrounds, and your expertise will guide them through their struggles, fostering resilience and promoting mental wellness. By providing compassionate care, you will empower patients to take proactive steps in their healing journey. Qualifications\n \n Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n Active and valid licensure in Arizona as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic techniques. \n Exceptional skills in conducting mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment plans. \n Proven experience providing therapy to diverse individuals and groups. \n Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at building rapport with patients. \n Sound judgment with a commitment to maintaining professional ethics. \n Technical proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant software applications. \n Preferred Experience\n \n A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting. \n Familiarity with specific therapeutic approaches tailored to various mental health issues. \n Experience in leading psychoeducational groups or workshops. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The salary range for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
