Key Responsibilities and Skills Capability to oversee projects and manage crews. Responsible for completing paperwork on-time, including timesheets, work orders, on-site documentation, material orders, and project status reports. Communicate effectively with Customers and Company Leadership. Able to perform all phases of electrical service in new construction, renovation and maintenance including wiring, switch gear, ATS, feeders and branch circuits, conduit and device install. Troubleshoot electrical systems’ wiring, devices and panels to diagnose and repair issues. Measure, cut and bend conduit and pull all applicable wiring. Ability to read blueprints, drawings and specifications. Operate hand tools, power tools and measuring equipment. Time Management and Prioritization Self‐Starter and “Can-Do” Attitude Positive Customer Service Education and Qualifications Apprentice and Journeyman License or 6 years in the commercial field Valid Driver’s License Company vehicle may be provided High school or equivalent OSHA 10 – Preferred Clean background check Physical Requirements Ability to walk, stand and bend for extended periods. Ability to communicate effectively with verbal, written, visual and listening skills. Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required equipment as well as to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments. Able to lift and carry heavy equipment, up to 50 pounds. Ability to pull cables. Ability to climb ladders and work on raised platforms.
