We are currently seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our Tempe, Arizona office.\n \n Essential Duties and Responsibilities \n \n \n \n Lead complex civil engineering projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative water and wastewater infrastructure solutions. \n Develop engineering designs, technical reports, construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, permitting documentation, and alternatives analyses for municipal water and wastewater projects. \n Manage projects from initial planning and conceptual design through final delivery, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved. \n Ensure project compliance with applicable codes, regulations, industry standards, and client performance requirements throughout all phases of design and construction. \n Provide engineering support during construction, including design reviews, technical evaluations, and resolution of field issues to ensure successful project execution. \n Drive technical leadership, mentorship, and direction to engineering staff, coordinating design tasks and ensuring high-quality, timely project deliverables. \n \n \n Requirements \n \n \n \n Civil Engineering Degree with Professional Engineer (PE) license required \n Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Water/Wastewater related design and experience with construction-related engineering services with at least (2) years of project management experience. \n Relevant experience shall include design of treatment facilities, collection systems, booster and pump stations, water, reclaimed water, and wastewater master plans. \n Experience with construction-related engineering services with the ability to review Shop Drawings, RFIs, issuing Engineers Directives etc. \n Computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software capabilities. \n \n \n Benefits \n \n \nThe comprehensive benefits plan offered by Wilson Engineers exceeds industry standards, and is aimed at meeting each employee's personal and professional expectations.
