Prepare detailed technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in product engineering, with a strong focus on flex assemblies. 3. Proven expertise in Mechanical Design, Connector Design, Flex PCB Design, and Systems Design. 4. Solid understanding of Mil-STD standards and their application in the design and development of aerospace and defense products. 5. Strong 3D modeling skills, with proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks. 6.
