Develop a clear approach plan and timeline for each estimate. Review, interpret, and apply project specifications in the preparation of estimates. Accurately interpret drawings, documents, and electrical symbols (fire alarm, lighting, controls, receptacles, etc.). Perform precise takeoffs using drawing scales and electronic scale devices. Collaborate with general contractors, architects, engineers, and customers. Identify discrepancies, errors, and value engineering opportunities. Contribute to the training and development of junior estimators. Support a strong, team-oriented work environment. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Estimator (commercial/industrial focus). Experience with projects ranging from $100K–$100M .
