Manage utility locating (Bluestake) and ensure accurate record-keeping. Review and interpret plans, blueprints, schematics, and specifications. Approve or recommend materials, repairs, and equipment replacements. Oversee contract management and perform quality assurance inspections. Evaluate employee performance, coach and mentor staff, and administer progressive discipline. Develop and manage unit budgets as needed. Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes and safety standards. Respond to emergency call-backs and support 24/7 operations as required. Qualifications Required: Two years of experience equivalent to a SLATE Technician III. IMSA Certification a plus. Two years of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
