This pivotal role involves strategic planning, business development, and collaboration with multiple departments to provide exceptional air travel experiences while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company policies. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate helicopter charter sales, including quoting, booking, and scheduling. Develop business strategies to increase profitability, optimize the fleet, and expand geographic destinations. Provide exceptional service to high-net-worth individuals and corporations with personalized itineraries. Drive sales growth through marketing initiatives and client engagements. Collaborate with pilots, ground crew, and maintenance teams to ensure safe and on-time flight operations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FAA regulations and oversee safety and compliance protocols. Conduct management reporting to track sales, client preferences, and operational metrics. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, business administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in charter sales within a Part 135 helicopter operation. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering outstanding customer service. Proficiency in MS Suite; aviation software experience is a plus. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications Background in luxury helicopter charter sales or hospitality catering to high-end clientele.
