Details Hospital-based cardiovascular lab supporting EP, cardiac catheterization, neurointerventional, and structural heart procedures Handles high-acuity and complex cardiovascular cases, including emergent and advanced interventional procedures 3x12 hour shifts with variable start times between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM Participation in weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation as required by department needs Requirements State of CT Radiographer license required if applicable, in conjunction with ARRT (R) and/or RCIS certification through CCI Minimum 3 years Cardiac Cath Lab/EP Lab experience BLS and ACLS certification required (AHA only) Proficient in scrubbing EP procedures including ablations, device implants, generator changes, lead revisions, and leadless pacing systems (Micra, Aveir preferred) Proficient in scrubbing cardiac catheterization procedures including diagnostic and interventional cases (PCI, atherectomy) Experience supporting mechanical circulatory support devices (Impella, IABP, temporary pacing) Experience supporting neurointerventional and peripheral vascular procedures, including diagnostic angiography and endovascular interventions Expertise in radial and femoral vascular access, sheath management, and vascular closure devices Preferred: Familiarity with Siemens equipment and RCIS certification through CCI Preferred: Proficient in scrubbing structural heart procedures including TAVR, MitraClip, PFO/ASD closure, and Watchman Preferred: Skilled in advanced cardiovascular imaging technologies including ICE, IVUS, OCT, and 3D mapping systems Two professional references from previous managers required for consideration Additional Information Support a wide range of high-acuity cardiovascular procedures across EP, cath lab, neurointerventional, and structural heart specialties Work alongside a multidisciplinary cardiovascular care team Uses Kronos for timekeeping Local candidates within 60 miles accepted at a reduced rate American Traveler Job ID P-743419.
