This role ensures proper management of patient records, adherence to legal requirements, and delivery of high-quality patient care. IV experience is a plus but not required. Please note this would be an On-site role: Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations and financial reports Clean up historical balance sheet accounts across all entities Reconcile balance sheet activity and bank statements for multiple accounts Calculate monthly interest income and track investor activity Generate A/R invoices and post various journal entries (accruals, prepaids, etc.) Manage investor contributions and distributions tracking Handle Sales Tax returns filing across multiple schedules Administer corporate credit card program Code all corporate cash transactions Support real estate investment fund accounting and audit prep Assist with inactive/sold project close-outs Collaborate across teams (development, construction, property management) Meet all closing deadlines (monthly and quarterly) Maintain financial confidentiality and monitor fraud risks Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting aligned with company goals Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 2 years of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to Real Estate Management or dealing with Fund accounting Good understanding of GAAP and internal controls Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, Sage, QuickBooks) Strong attention to detail and time management skills Interested in hearing more?
