Job Details Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in areas including gynecologic exams, family planning, contraception counseling, prenatal and postpartum care, and menopause management. Conduct health assessments and diagnostic testing, interpret results, and develop individualized treatment plans. Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, reproductive health, and lifestyle changes. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
