Overview The Director, Sales is responsible for managing National Account Managers to ensure the profitability, sales revenue growth, and the overall strategy is executed. As Managing Director, your primary focus will be on building and leading a team of experienced financial advisors who are looking to elevate their practices. In addition to continuing your own client work, you'll recruit and mentor fellow advisors, foster a high-performance culture, and help shape the future growth of the firm.
