Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/14/2026 Duration: 16 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Operating Room (RN OR) Schedule Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM Job Description We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a specialty setting, with the ability to assist in various cases including robotics, neuro, ortho, plastics, and gynecology. Responsibilities Provide safe and effective nursing care in the operating room. Assist in various surgical procedures with a focus on patient safety and comfort. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain equipment and ensure the operating room is sterile and prepared for surgery. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in the operating room. Current AHA BLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred. Active RN license in the state of practice. Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position with guaranteed hours of 40 per week. Holiday Expectations Candidates must be available to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).
