Conduct thorough evaluations, including medical history review, physical exams, and diagnostic testing. Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient needs. Collaborate closely with oncologists, radiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies to achieve optimal outcomes. Participate in clinical research, including patient enrollment, data collection, and analysis. Mentor residents, fellows, and medical students, supporting educational initiatives. Ensure compliance with institutional policies, maintaining patient safety and confidentiality. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in hematology and oncology through continuing education and professional development. Qualifications: MD/DO from an accredited medical school. Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology. Current medical license to practice in Maryland. Completion of residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology. Proven clinical expertise in hematology and oncology. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
