Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify mental health needs, crafting personalized treatment plans based on individual goals. \n Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions addressing a wide spectrum of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. \n Lead couples and family therapy sessions, focusing on communication improvement and conflict resolution, ultimately strengthening family dynamics. \n Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, ensuring clear and measurable objectives to effectively track progress. \n Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in distress, equipping them with coping strategies and support tailored to their circumstances. \n Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, fostering awareness and providing guidance on available resources and support systems. \n Maintain precise and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards. \n Adhere to all legal requirements and ethical guidelines in counseling practice, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent at all times. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your work will directly impact a diverse client base, including adults, children, families, and couples grappling with various psychological issues.
