How you'll Contribute The Clinical Educator will assist with mock drills on all shifts including some weekends, orient new contract nurses and new hires, train and teach Handle with Care along with BLS, ACLS, and PALS. In addition, they will assist with implementation of new equipment and assist with providing training. They will assist with updating medication tests and unit-based competencies. Annually they will assist with the development and teaching at Skills Fair. They will work closely with students and colleges to ensure a positive clinical or shadow experience.
