About the Position We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with a strong concrete background to join the engineering team and take on increasing technical and leadership responsibility. This position offers a clear path to Director of Engineering within approximately three years . The successful candidate will work closely with engineering leadership and design personnel while gaining broader responsibility for structural design, production support, and engineering operations. The company is open to two profiles: an experienced licensed PE ready to move toward leadership, or a strong mid-level engineer/EIT who wants hands-on mentorship and a defined path toward PE licensure and eventually the Director role. What You'll Do Lead and support structural design and analysis for precast concrete products. Design and analyze products including box culverts, septic systems, and underground utility structures. Prepare and review engineering drawings, calculations, and technical documentation. Collaborate closely with engineering leadership and designers to support production. Help resolve design and engineering issues throughout the manufacturing process. Take on increasing technical and leadership responsibilities as you progress toward the Director of Engineering role.
