Job Details Key Responsibilities Accounting & Financial Reporting Prepare accurate monthly financial statements in accordance with established deadlines. Perform inventory accounting and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with all tax obligations, including payroll, property, sales, excise, and income taxes. Coordinate with external tax providers on federal and state income tax filings. Reconcile all balance sheet accounts (except cash accounts) on a monthly basis. Review transactions posted by the bookkeeper and cash reconciliations. Develop, implement, and maintain a structured monthly close schedule.
