Why join us? 401(k) plan with up to 4% employer match after one year Comprehensive health coverage with 100% employer-paid premiums for employees Optional dental, vision, accident, critical illness, and short-term disability insurance Wellness Savings Account with company contribution Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer and employee contributions Company-paid Life/AD&D and Long-Term Disability coverage Unlimited Paid Time Off plus 10 annual holidays Every other Friday off during the summer (approximately seven additional days) Paid parking and public transit pass Full coverage of CPA exam fees, study materials, and continuing education costs Supportive, flexible environment with offices in multiple locations and hybrid work options Job Details Role & Responsibilities Review complex federal and multi-state income tax returns for corporations, partnerships, S-corporations, and trusts Prepare and review individual, business, gift, and estate tax returns with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency Supervise and mentor staff, reviewing their work and offering constructive feedback Lead and coordinate detailed tax research and planning initiatives for clients across a variety of industries Analyze prior-year filings to identify opportunities for tax planning and process improvements Develop tax projections and strategies for individuals and business entities Partner with internal teams to provide thoughtful and effective client solutions Manage and respond to inquiries, audits, and notices from the IRS and state agencies Stay current with evolving tax laws and trends to anticipate client needs Build the technical, leadership, and advisory skills necessary to advance into a Tax Manager role Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3–5 years of public accounting experience focused on tax CPA license or active CPA candidate with ongoing exam progress At least 2 years of supervisory experience Strong technical background in tax preparation, compliance, and review Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines Excellent communication and client service skills Open to feedback, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning Interested in hearing more?
