While you will be part of a close-knit team of mental health professionals, your primary interactions will occur online. We leverage telehealth technologies to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring that you have the tools needed to effectively support our clients’ mental health journeys from wherever you are. By offering remote services, we aim to reach individuals and families who may face barriers in accessing traditional in-person therapy. Key Responsibilities\n \n Individual and Family Therapy: Engage in therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, and families to help them navigate complex emotional challenges such as relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, and depression. \n Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough client assessments to establish mental health diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans that adhere to best practice standards. \n Therapeutic Interventions: Utilize a variety of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), structural family therapy, and solution-focused strategies, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. \n Collaboration and Coordination of Care: Work in tandem with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate client care, ensuring continuity and a holistic approach. \n Documentation and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations, ethical standards, and clinic policies. \n Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and intervention during acute crises, ensuring that clients receive the guidance and assistance they require in critical moments. \n Supervision and Mentorship (if applicable): Offer supervision and mentorship to interns or junior clinicians, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing within the team. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our clients represent a diverse demographic, including individuals and families from various cultural, socioeconomic, and educational backgrounds. Many clients seek therapy for issues such as relationship conflicts, personal trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n \n Education: A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution is required. \n Licensure: Must hold a current, unrestricted Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Georgia. \n Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of clinical experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting is preferred. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience with modalities specific to trauma-informed care, family therapy, adolescent challenges, or couples counseling is highly desirable. \n Previous exposure to teletherapy platforms and familiarity with best practices for virtual mental health care will be beneficial. \n Demonstrated ability to work with culturally diverse populations while providing inclusive and sensitive therapeutic services. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive compensation package, with salaries ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
