Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities. \n Hold regular therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting methods to fit each client's unique needs. \n Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation while complying with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards to ensure client confidentiality. \n Participate in case consultations and team meetings to collaborate on best practices, share insights, and receive peer support. \n Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and resources available within the community. \n Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging research, and best practices in mental health care, integrating new knowledge into your practice. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our clients range from children to adults facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
