Position Summary: Penske Mobile Technician II will generally assist in the repair and diagnosis of major components or remove/replace major components at the direction of the PFM Asset Supervisor. Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other important parts to ensure that they are in proper operating condition. Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and machinery. Adjust and replace brakes, tighten bolts and screws, and reassemble equipment. Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test instruments such as handheld computers, motor analyzers, chassis charts, and pressure gauges. Examine and adjust protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices. Inspect and verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to factory specifications. Specialize in repairing and troubleshooting of major components such as engine, transmissions and differentials, to include replacing complete assemblies, turbochargers, fuel system components etc. Order, receive, and charge out parts. Maintain control of parts inventory, including cores, via cycle counts and proper inventory management. Serve as primary customer contact for day-to-day customer needs, and escalate as required to sales/operations management. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience. · Proven experience in program management, preferably within talent acquisition or career focused programs. · Strong understanding of future talent development and talent pipeline identification. · Demonstrated ability to design and deliver robust learning and development experiences. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. · Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. · Proficient with technology and software applications used to optimize program management processes. · Familiarity with social media platforms and their use for talent attraction and employer branding. · Strong analytical and problem solving skills; able to collect and interpret data to inform program improvements. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. · Able to identify trends and recommend curriculum improvements to align with business needs. · Ability to influence without authority, using data and stakeholder feedback. · Experience managing vendors and external partners. · Experience tracking and updating program budgets.

Ultrasound Technologist Part-Time (Days)

Find your calling at Mercy! Perform ultrasound procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Perform a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to supply prescribed sonography examinations for radiographic diagnoses. Assume responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required. Performs related duties as assigned. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.Position Details: Loan Repayment Assistance Program up to $20,000 Lifetime: The Imaging Loan Repayment Assistance Program provides financial support to our Mercy Imaging co-workers in a 24X7 hospital based eligible position who are in a .4 FTE and above, working 32 hours or more per pay period. The program offers monthly payments made directly to the loan servicer up to the amount of $370 per month and up to $20,000 for a lifetime maximum. Qualifications: Experience: One (1) years of relevant experience (with 3 applicable registries) OR Five (5) years relevant experience and 2 applicable registries. Required Education: Graduate of a school of sonography or registered technologist. Certifications: 2 applicable registries with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) OR The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) within the work area (with five {5} years' experience).- 3 applicable registries with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) OR The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) within the work area. (with one {1} year's experience). Must achieve OB/GYN registry within 6 months of hire regardless of other registries held at time of hire, if applicable within the work area. In the state of Arkansas, ARDMS certification as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), OR Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) certification as a Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) OR ARRT certification in Vascular Sonography (VS) is required within 6 months of hire or transfer into role.
