Project Management - IT Project Manager
*Work with Progression, Inc. get your application bumped to the front of the line* IT Project Manager Middleburg, PA (Hybrid) Pay From: $200,000 Per Year MUST: Experienced IT Project Manager 7 years of hands-on IT project management experience delivering complex, multi-stream technology initiatives 5 years of real-world experience delivering a tolling Back Office System Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle using PMBOK methodologies (Initiate, Plan, Execute, Monitor/Control, Close) Expert-level experience managing scope, schedule, quality, communications, vendors, resources, change, and systems integration Strong working knowledge of ITIL / ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Configuration Management) DUTIES: Serve as a core member of the IT Project Management Office supporting enterprise-wide technology initiatives Plan, execute, and deliver complex technology projects spanning software development, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, contact center solutions, and enterprise platforms Manage projects through the full lifecycle using PMBOK-aligned methodologies Define project scope, gather and refine requirements, and align business and technical objectives across multiple workstreams Develop and maintain project schedules, roadmaps, plans, RAID logs, communication plans, and quality frameworks using PMBOK, ITIL, Scrum, and SAFe standards Coordinate internal teams, contractors, system integrators, and vendors to deliver contractual milestones and commitments Prepare and maintain project documentation including meeting minutes, status reports, business process plans, test scripts, and change control artifacts Identify, analyze, and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies across interconnected business and technical environments Lead governance forums, steering committees, and stakeholder sessions to drive decision-making and delivery alignment Oversee implementation and integration of contact center platforms, telephony and IVR systems, middleware, PCI-compliant workflows, payment interfaces, and third-party integrations Partner with infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance with security standards, architectural roadmaps, and regulatory requirements Plan and execute go-live and cutover activities including readiness assessments, deployment planning, execution oversight, and post-implementation stabilization Support onboarding, offboarding, QA, testing, and operational readiness activities *Progression Inc. is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
