As a Nurse Manager at Castle Peak, you'll oversee clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and experienced leader who thrives in a team-oriented setting and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position with rotational on-call schedule Shift Available: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Wage Range: $95,000 - $125,000 annually depending on experience Bonus: $10,000 RN Manager Responsibilities: Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff. Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care. Manages other nurses and nursing aides' responsibilities and outcomes. Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response. Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures. Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software. Notifies Director of Nursing, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary. Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift. Performs additional duties as required. RN Nurse Manager Qualifications: Current CO Nursing License. Prior experience in geriatric care strongly preferred. Must have strong communication and organizational skills. Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
