Providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients in a range of matters. 2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, contracts, and agreements. 3. Conducting legal research and analysis to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients. 4. Assisting with trial preparation, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and developing legal strategies. 5. Qualifications To be considered for the role of Permanent Attorney, applicants must possess: 1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the Alabama State Bar. 3.Experience as a practicing attorney, preferably in a law firm environment. 4. Proven experience assisting with trial preparation, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and court appearances. 5. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in clear, understandable language. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. 7. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines concurrently. 8. A high level of professional ethics and integrity. 9.
