Director of Intake and Client Care Location: Newport News, VA Schedule: Full-time About The Role The Director of Intake and Client Care oversees both clinical and administrative intake functions for the facility. This role is responsible for supervising intake staff, coordinating admissions and discharges, managing bed availability, overseeing documentation and precertifications, and ensuring efficient service access for clients and referral partners. The Director of Intake and Client Care plays a key leadership role in departmental operations, cross-departmental collaboration, and personnel management. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Collaborate with the central admissions office to coordinate admissions, discharges, and daily bed availability. Ensure the bed board census is completed every morning. Update detox bed availability throughout the day. Communicate changes in admissions/discharges (unplanned discharges, AMA’s, no-shows, etc.) with central admissions. Oversee completion of intake paperwork on new admissions. Contact referral sources and payer sources upon admission. Obtain precertifications as needed. Cross-train as a back-up for Utilization Review, including daily census completion. Participate in staff meetings, training, new employee onboarding, and ongoing training program development. Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate scheduling across the facility. Carry out personnel management activities for intake staff, including hiring, orientation, training, performance management, and development. Ensure proper documentation on shift reports and incident reports. Oversee external trainers and external service providers to ensure high-quality client services. Maintain confidentiality of all company information and protected data. Complete all required trainings mandated by the company and accrediting/licensing bodies. Perform other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities Oversees day-to-day operations of intake team members, including training, development, onboarding, staffing directions, and performance oversight. Required Qualifications Supervisory experience in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred Experience with staff development and client intake processes preferred Minimum of Associate’s Degree, Master’s preferred. Implement best practices and stay updated on the latest features and functionalities. Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts. Analyze historical data and market trends to provide actionable insights. Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in forecasting. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to drive revenue growth. Manage and administer the sales commission process. Ensure accurate calculation and timely distribution of commissions. Analyze commission structures and make recommendations for improvements. Maintain all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to sales operations. Organize and manage projects to improve sales operations and drive revenue growth. WHAT MAKES YOU QUALIFIED 3 or more years of experience working in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role (preferably with startup experience). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce and Hubspot, certifications preferred but not required) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights. Data-driven and highly analytical. Independent thinker with the ability to make informed decisions. Team player with excellent collaboration skills. Good with numbers and financial analysis. Director of Channel Sales

What We Need We are seeking a high-impact Director of Channel Sales to lead and scale our distribution footprint across the Electronics, Electrical, and Amazon/E-commerce markets. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing a team of Channel Managers who serve as the primary link between our brand and our most critical partners. What You'll Be Doing Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Channel Managers, ensuring they have the resources and guidance to exceed their individual and regional targets. Channel Strategy & Expansion: Design and execute the overarching channel roadmap, identify untapped opportunities in the Electrical and Electronics sectors, and lead the onboarding of new high-value distributors.
