Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel engine systems to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Inspect, adjust, and repair air brake systems and other safety devices to maintain operational safety standards. Perform preventive maintenance tasks on all vehicles and equipment. Align wheels, change tires, and replace or repair vehicle components, including headlights, wipers, seats, and more. Keep detailed service records, documenting parts used, work performed, and hours worked. Test drive repaired vehicles to ensure everything is functioning properly. Qualifications: Basic experience or knowledge in vehicle maintenance. Diesel and heavy truck experience is a plus. Willingness to learn—on-the-job training is available for those eager to expand their skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check and drug screen. STS Technical Services is hiring Electro-Mechanical Technicians in Indianapolis, Indiana to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot automated, robotic, and electromechanical equipment. This role combines electrical and mechanical expertise to support high-efficiency manufacturing operations and ensure minimal downtime.
