Job Description Job Description HVAC technicians will perform diagnosis and repairs on residential HVAC systems. This position requires the ability to use basic hand tools, battery powered tools, and phone applications. We record documentation of service performed on each service call which requires the ability to communicate between administration and customers to ensure basic fundamentals are maintained. Technician will work in elements of winter and summer conditions and will have the responsibility to maintain inventory of company provided tools, phone, materials, and vehicles. The technician will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: Inspecting and diagnosing split systems, package units, wall units, mini-splits, etc. Repairing and/or replacing components Installing new HVAC systems Maintenance/tune-ups Providing customer service The technician must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to work in a variety of environments, including residential and commercial settings. The technician must also be able to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
