Position Responsibilities: Supervises subordinate employees and contractors in such classifications as maintenance electrician, maintenance mechanic, maintenance planner, fabricator, facilities repair, etc. Supervises subordinate employees in activities such as equipment troubleshooting, equipment repair, plumbing, electrical installation, electrical repair, etc. Maintains company buildings in good repair while recommending and completing facility improvements. Ensures Preventative Predictive Maintenance (PPM) work orders are assigned and audits work completed Identifies and tracks the skills training and development needs of each team member and ensures assignments of mechanics to specific jobs are relative to individual abilities.
