Expanding CNC Metal Working distributor seeks a talented Field Engineer for installation and maintenance activities on CNC Metal Working equipment at client sites. Requirements: • Experience with CNC Metal Working Machine Tools such as: laser cutters, metal bending and crowning robots, robotic die stamping, press brakes, tube benders, gas, crystal and fiber lasers, laser welding systems, panel benders, punching centers, shearing systems, tube drawers, fin formers, and bead rollers. • High level understanding of electrical schematics and diagrams. • Familiarity with Laser Cutting and Engraving systems. • Experience troubleshooting electrical equipment. Activities: • Travel to customer locations to install, troubleshoot, maintain and repair all CNC equipment. • Perform maintenance on CNC Machine Tools including all of the smaller components such as: servos, bearings, spindles, gearboxes, grippers, aligners, vision systems, air blower units, governors, amplifiers, actuators, etc • Filed and give proper documentation to appropriate parties including customer, office, and executives.
