Specific details pertaining to pay will be relayed on each emergency event, as impacts vary.By signing your travel contract to take a position with Ochsner Health, you accept the above and will report as assigned by your immediate unit manager if an emergency event were to occur. This department providers pre/post op care to patients in a total of 34 OR's on 2 floors. The 1st floor MHSC has 6 OR's, 2 cysto suites, a shared Pediatric GI/Lithotripsy room, as well as preps/recovers cases for CT/MRI. This section has high volume of pediatric patients. the 2nd floor surgery setting has 28 OR's and services cases from Endoscopy, Interventional Radiology, and pulmonary lab.
