Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required. An MBA, CPA, or equivalent is highly desirable. 2. Minimum of 5 years of progressive financial management experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry. 3. Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). 4. Experience in managing credit, risk, tax, treasury, and accounts receivable functions. 5.
