Own and manage the product backlog, including defining, prioritizing, and refining user stories and acceptance criteria Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure clarity and alignment Translate high-level business goals into detailed, actionable product requirements Partner with engineers, designers, analysts, and operations teams to shape product features and improvements Drive the full product lifecycle — from ideation through launch and iteration Analyze user feedback, trends, and internal metrics to inform product decisions Define KPIs and track product performance using quantitative and qualitative insights Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to leadership and cross-functional partners Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and scalability Advocate for users in prioritization and decision-making Ensure product initiatives remain aligned with company strategy and goals Skills you should have: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience 3–7 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles Strong working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies Proven experience owning backlogs and executing against product roadmaps Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decisions (SQL, analytics platforms, A/B testing, etc.) Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and attention to detail Exceptional organization and project management skills; comfortable juggling multiple initiatives Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and client-facing teams Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms Customer-first mindset with a passion for solving real problems Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or technology-driven products Exposure to data visualization or analytics products Basic technical literacy in modern web applications and APIs Interested in hearing more?
