Meaningful work that changes lives What You'll Do As a Direct Support Professional, you will: Build positive relationships and provide companionship Assist individuals with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and personal hygiene Support meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders Help individuals participate in community activities, social events, and recreational outings Assist with transportation to appointments, programs, and community events as needed Encourage independence, choice, and self-advocacy Document services provided and communicate important updates to the care team Promote a safe, healthy, and supportive environment Who We're Looking For We're seeking candidates who are: Compassionate, patient, and reliable Passionate about helping others achieve their goals Strong communicators who enjoy building relationships Dependable and committed to providing quality care Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous healthcare, caregiving, behavioral health, or direct support experience is preferred; however, candidates with a strong work ethic, compassion, and a desire to help others are encouraged to apply Must be able to pass required background screening Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Reliable transportation preferred Ability to read, write, and document services provided Join Our Team If you're looking for a rewarding job where you can make a meaningful impact while building a career, we'd love to hear from you.
