Production Operator Summary: Maintain & Operate CNC Robotic Welder for first step in trailer fabrication. Duties/Responsibilities: Ability to read and decipher engineering prints to high degree of accuracy Responsible for the set-up and operation of robotic welding equipment Responsible for minor machine maintenance (changing out consumables) Cleans and maintains work area according to 5S program every day Responsible for quality of product produced in his/her work area Material handling duties are required Performs quality inspection of welds Communicates clearly, promptly, and openly Keeps their supervisor apprised of issues related to daily performance Maintains discipline and a safe working environment Must be able to work overtime as required Must be willing to be cross-trained in all areas of production Must be punctual, responsible, and reliable Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs. but up to 65 lbs. on an occasional basis.
