Technical Skills: Proficiency in fixture/tool design for prototype and low-quantity detail parts. Experience with manual and CNC multi-axis lathes and 3-5 axis mills (Hurco). Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (GibbsCAM preferred). Knowledge of model-based machining in a CATIA environment is a plus. Experience with 3D printers, waterjet machines, and related software (e.g., GrabCAD, OMAX) preferred. FAA certification processes and AS9100 compliance knowledge is a plus. Abilities: Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and instructions. Work independently in a fast-paced R&D environment. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
