We are ready to expand this solo practice into a two-doctor practice, so you will have autonomy and collaboration working alongside an incredibly talented general dentist. This is an incredible opportunity for a motivated associate dentist to step into a busy, turn-key practice and build lasting relationships with patients and team members. Practice Details: 8 fully equipped dental operatories in a clean, renovated dental office designed for efficiency and comfort with state-of-the-art technology! Team: A skilled, collaborative team of 2 Dental Assistants, 1 EFDA, 3 Registered Dental Hygienists , and a supportive Office Manager -all dedicated to helping you thrive Patients: Well-established patient base with high treatment acceptance , plus a proven new patient marketing strategy to keep your schedule full Compensation: You will earn an annual salary starting at $200,000 plus a quarterly bonus based on your personal collections, quarterly profit sharing, annual CE allowance, a $20,000 sign on bonus, earned equity , a 401K with company match, paid time off, access to a comprehensive health & wellness package , dedicated mentorship , complete clinical autonomy , & more!
