Reporting to the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, the Copywriter and Content Manager serves as the primary writer to support the organization’s marketing, communications, and development efforts. The position works closely with colleagues across the organization, including the executive team. You will be self-directed and adaptable, as well as creative. This position joins a dynamic Marketing Communications (MarCom) team of five full-time staff members. As the lead content writer for the organization, you are both knowledgeable of industry trends and best practices and able to successfully tailor copy to a variety of distinct audiences, including but not limited to: members, donors, volunteers, alumni, and community partners. Primary Responsibilities: Overall: Develop and implement core messaging to advance GSOFCT's ability to serve our mission, including raising funds from individual donors.
