We are proud to offer an extensive and iconic portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets. \n \n \n \n \n \n The Route Service Delivery Driver’s primary responsibilities are to provide premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers, accelerate growth through upselling, manage account information, and work safely. This role is highly interactive and requires the ability to safely operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV). \n \n \n \n \n \n Reporting Location: Burlington, WA \n \n \n Compensation: $30 / hour with a CDL ($28hr without CDL) \n \n \n Schedule: Monday – Friday (Saturdays dependent on business needs) \n \n \n Start Time: Between 6 am - 7 am until workload completed \n \n \n \n \n \n Benefits of working for Primo Brands: \n \n \n Health Benefits : Medical, prescription, dental, vision, flexible spending account (FSA), dependent care flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA) \n \n \n Retirement/Investing: 401K with a 5% match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) \n \n \n Insurance: Employee Life Insurance, short and long-term disability, critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, spouse/domestic partner/child life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment \n \n \n Other great benefits : Employee discounts, save on auto, home, and pet insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation and sick time, 9 paid holidays and 3 paid floating holidays, paid leave for when you have a baby, adopt a child, or become a foster parent, legal services, identity theft protection, employee assistance program (EAP), adoption reimbursement benefit, FEDlogic, commuter benefits \n Responsibilities: \n Safety Focus \n \n Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, follow defined safe work practices, and complete DOT required documentation on a daily basis \n Adhere to our safety policies which include the prohibited use of electronic devices while driving and reporting any on-the-job incidents or changes in driving status \n \n Service Orientation \n \n Be courteous, outgoing and always maintain a professional image \n Meet each customer’s individual preference by delivering the correct products to the right location during their scheduled day and timeframe \n Maintain necessary delivery information on all accounts including cash and receipts \n Find opportunities to maximize efficiencies and bring actionable solutions to leadership \n Act as a team player by supporting the team with decisions and helping others when needed \n Provide professional water dispenser cleaning services to customers while adhering to a strict quality process \n \n Selling Skills \n \n Adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines set forth by Primo Brands \n Upsell additional products and services to existing customers and achieve monthly customer acquisition goals \n Qualifications: \n \n High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience \n Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable CDL positions) \n Primo Brands is a certified CDL provider and can assist you with obtaining your Class B CDL where available. \n Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills \n Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in different types of weather \n Ability to effectively interact with customers in a variety of settings \n Ability to lift and carry an average of 250 units per day, each weighing up to 60 lbs., using product handling tools as appropriate, with or without a reasonable accommodation \n Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, stooping, bending, squatting, pushing and pulling with or without a reasonable accommodation \n Ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle on average 40-55 times per day \n Ability to work an average 45-hour week or more, including variable start/end times \n Must have the ability to obtain a DOT medical card for the purpose of working for Primo Brands \n Must possess a clean driving record, which means: in the last 3 years, that you’ve only had 1 license, no driving-related suspension, revocation or cancellation, no disqualifying offenses, no more than 2 moving violations and no reckless driving incidents and in the last 3 years, no major driving offenses including DUI/DWI, refusal to test, leaving the scene, driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL, or at-fault fatal accident \n Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement) \n \n \n Primo Brands’ established portfolio includes billion-dollar brands Poland Spring® and Pure Life®, premium brands like Saratoga® and Mountain Valley®, regional leaders such as Arrowhead®, Deer Park®, Ice Mountain® Ozarka®, and Zephyrhills®, purified brands, Primo Brands® and Sparkletts®, and flavored and enhanced brands like Splash® and ACION®.
