Clinical Systems Analyst II (Any EMR, must want to learn Athena) Must have a minimum of 6 years experience in another Ambulatory EMR in order to be considered. This is a level II position and we are not considering entry level applications. Perform function and system testing and assist in parallel, integrated, and usability system testing. Carry out methodical execution of test plans. Develop thorough test data and scenarios, coordinate efforts with others as needed and review test results with department leadership. Perform analysis related to understanding, reviewing, interpreting, and documenting current workflow in clinical settings as well as understanding the impact on electronic systems. Based on analysis, plan for and accommodate the impact of system changes and enhancements. Educate staff on new release changes. Provide recommendations and guidance with regard to streamlining efforts and best practices within limitations of information technology capabilities and organization's standards. Collaborates on implementation of new software installations, upgrades, and integration. Participate in the evaluation and selection of proposed new technology, products, and system changes. Identify and define required system modifications and/or enhancements to improve existing systems. Provide implementation, and post implementation support; interact with clinical staff and vendors. Provide help desk support; providing daily assistance with application issues and software troubleshooting. Participates in I.S. on call rotation. Collaborates with Nurse Informaticists to optimize clinical system processes by creating workflow analysis and redesign. Collaborates with Report Writers to assist in the design of reports and data files. Act as a liaison between I.S., Software vendors, clinical departments, and end-users maintaining a current knowledge of customer ongoing needs and issues, current procedures, and use of information systems. Work independently and in a group as an IT Lead, prioritize tasks and respond appropriately to urgent needs or requests while meeting deadlines in a largely project-oriented work environment. Demonstrate ability to exercise good judgment and problem solve independently. Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating initiative, creativity, resourcefulness and flexibility, including team leading and project management duties. Demonstrate knowledge Clinical Operations. Travel to multiple sites to address any workflow issues or changes with staff. Position Summary: A Penske Customer Service Coordinator for our Kent branch is focused on working with customers to schedule preventative maintenance requests, coordinate outside repairs, plan and manage the shop work plan. Collections Recovery Analyst

Position Summary: The Collections Recovery Analyst is responsible for managing and supporting the legal collections process by acting as a central liaison among the law firm, Penske’s collection and field teams. This role ensures the accurate preparation, documentation, investigation, and evaluation of delinquent legal accounts; facilitates communication and information gathering for legal action; and maintains organized, up-to-date case status reporting to effectively advance accounts through the legal collections cycle. The Collections Recovery Analyst will act as an advisor, providing analysis and recommendations to the Sr. Manager – Collections Recovery. Major Responsibilities: • Analyze bad debt accounts for legal action. Perform research to determine collectability. Review prior internal collection activity, evaluate Experian credit detail, review SAFER rating, Secretary of State status, DOT rating, perform Google research: all to determine the overall status of the entity. • Audit and verify the accuracy of all documentation before it is submitted as evidence in legal proceedings. Calculate the alternative payment to ensure it meets VLSA terms and conditions. Confirm status of equipment return. • Review legal accounts with assigned law firm to determine progress. Perform the advanced work of legal debt recovery. Strategize with Sr Manager Collections Recovery. • Assist with settlements, promissory notes, payment plans. Update and advise Sr Manager regarding status of legal accounts. • Contribute with collection activities related to bankrupt accounts. • Other projects and tasks as assigned. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies preferred. If no degree, equivalent work experience is required. • Minimum 3 – 5 years of Collections experience required. • Microsoft Office Suite – Excel intermediate.
