Job Description: About the Role: We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Procurement to join our Corporate Procurement team based in Oak Brook, Illinois. This role is responsible for developing and executing category strategies that drive cost savings, optimize supplier performance, and support enterprise-wide business objectives. In this role, you will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to lead strategic sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and deliver value through data-driven decision-making. You will play a critical role in ensuring supply continuity, managing risk, and advancing procurement capabilities across the organization. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to drive cost savings and operational efficiency Manage supplier relationships including negotiations, contracts, and performance management Analyze market trends and provide insights to support business decisions Partner with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies and support innovation Drive supplier performance through scorecards and continuous improvement initiatives Monitor spend, support forecasting, and track performance against financial targets Ensure compliance with procurement policies and supplier standards Identify and mitigate supply and pricing risks Support enterprise supply chain and procurement transformation initiatives Important Details: This is a full-time, hybrid role on first shift. The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $122,600 to $184,000 USD annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs. For certain roles, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award, bonus and equity pay. You'll fit right in if you have: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field Seven or more years of procurement or sourcing experience Experience in CPG, food manufacturing, or related industry preferred Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, supplier management, and supply chains Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred Project management experience Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Your TreeHouse Foods Career is Just a Click Away!
