Update all technical SOPs for the Maintenance Department (preventative maintenance, machine operating procedures, etc.) with support from the Engineering team. Act as the main contact person for all vendors that support facilities maintenance (fire protection, pest control, compactor maintenance, HVAC, boiler maintenance, fire control, etc.), and maintain a file of all service and ensure that all vendors provide service to RCW per the frequency described in the vendor preventative maintenance schedule.
