The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a broad range of complex commercial disputes and will be expected to provide high-quality legal services to our diverse clientele. Manage and oversee all aspects of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings, discovery, and pre-trial motions. 2. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to aid in case preparation and presentation. 3. Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in various areas such as securities, patent law, environmental law, family law, tribal law, and estate planning. 4. Develop and implement effective legal strategies that align with the clients' business objectives. 5. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress, legal options, and potential outcomes. 6. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in a manner that is favorable and compliant with the law. 7. Mentor and guide junior attorneys and legal staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. 8. Stay abreast of current legal trends, rulings, and changes in law that may impact clients and their cases. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial litigation. 3. Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida and in good standing with the state bar association. 4. Proven track record in handling a wide variety of commercial disputes. 5. Extensive experience in legal research, writing, discovery, case management, and litigation. 6. Proficiency in various areas of law including but not limited to securities, patent law, environmental law, family law, tribal law, and estate planning. 7. Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 8. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and concise manner. 9. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team-oriented environment. 10. High level of professional ethics and integrity. 11.
