Plans, organizes, performs, and evaluates treatment modalities to meet those needs. Consistently performs and documents thorough patient assessments. Establishes appropriate care plans. Communicates with other members of the patient care team. Correctly performs and documents routine therapeutic modalities including aerosolized medications, secretion management techniques, pulmonary volume expansion, oxygen therapy, and assists with routine care and maintenance of artificial airways. Initiates and manages conventional and high frequency mechanical ventilators according to established protocol. Provides appropriate, age-specific, patient and family education as it relates to disease management. Assists in intra-hospital transport of mechanically ventilated patients. Job Summary This position will act as DME Registered Respiratory Therapist to support the Sleep Medicine DME services in the Western Region (Lewistown/State College). The role is responsible for CPAP sets ups, monitoring patient compliance, follow up calls, ordering CPAP supplies, 30-day mask exchanges, and mask fittings. Overall Job Summary This position is responsible for performing all tasks relating to receiving store inventory, selecting merchandise for shipping, and loading merchandise onto trailers for shipment. Check against bills of lading and packing slips. Take inventory of merchandise, check quantity and maintain records of goods received; reject damaged, excess or misdirected goods Identify, separate, label and palletize merchandise, label pallets, process documents, and relocate merchandise to appropriate destinations. Re-label merchandise if necessary. Receive and process UPS inbound shipments and supply orders. Pick store supply and UPS orders and prepare for shipment. Perform cycle counts, investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Move merchandise by hand, hand truck or forklift equipment to maintain continuous flow. Move merchandise to staging area, verify SKU and quantity check for damage, and verify that order is complete and process documents.
