Test Engineer II (Contract) (Pensacola, FL area) Pay rate range: $30-$33/hour. Qualifications and Skills: *Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. *Experience writing procedures for ATP and Qualification testing is a "plus" (not required)" *The manager would like to see candidates with display systems experience, and testing display systems (i.e., for aircraft and flight management systems, etc.). *Experience with specific LRU displays is a "plus". (LRU = Line Replaceable Units, which are typically used as a sub-system interface for flight management). *Solid understanding of test methodologies, test development, and test execution. Experience with test equipment, tools, and software commonly used in defense and aerospace testing (e.g., oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, environmental chambers). *Knowledge of defense and aerospace industry standards and regulations (e.g., MIL-STD, DO-178C, DO-254, AS9100). *Experience with test automation frameworks is preferred.
