Director Product Management - Care Coordination (Raleigh)

The Director of Product Management for Care Coordination is the single accountable product owner for Veradigm's care coordination and chronic disease management products and capabilities. This portfolio spans both the Provider and Payer sides of the business, where care coordination is delivered primarily through chronic disease management, care management, and population health workflows. Reporting to the Vice President of Product Management, this leader sets and executes the holistic care coordination product strategy, from short‑term release planning through multi‑year vision, ensuring every product decision is grounded in deep customer insight, healthcare market dynamics, and Veradigm's business objectives. This is a largely greenfield area, so a core mandate of this role is to build the care coordination product from the ground up, defining what we offer and designing it to be scalable and repeatable from day one. You will set the priorities, decide where to start, and drive the highest‑value opportunities from discovery through delivery. This role starts as an individual contributor. You will own care coordination product directly until it is off the ground, with a team to lead as the product matures. From day one you will drive cross‑functional alignment across Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Client Services. Because care coordination touches both provider and payer customers, success depends on working effectively across organizational and product boundaries. We operate under an empowered product team model rooted in SVPG principles. Product managers own the problems (not just the features), teams are cross‑functional and empowered to find the best solutions, and success is measured by business and customer outcomes. This role carries significant ownership and requires a leader who thrives in that kind of environment. Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities Product Strategy, Vision & Productization Own the end‑to‑end care coordination product strategy across the Provider and Payer segments, defining short‑term (current to next release) and mid‑to‑long‑term roadmaps that align with Veradigm's corporate direction and the evolving value‑based care market. Assess the current care coordination and care management portfolio and identify the highest‑value opportunities to productize, building a clear framework for what should be a product, what should stay a service, and what should be retired. Translate market trends, regulatory changes (e.g., value‑based care programs, CMS interoperability rules, quality measurement under HEDIS and Stars, chronic care management billing), and customer needs into a coherent product vision that differentiates Veradigm in a competitive landscape. Partner with the VP of Product Management and executive leadership to align care coordination strategy to overall company goals, communicating trade‑offs and opportunities with clarity and confidence. Identify white space and adjacency opportunities across the care coordination domain (for example, risk stratification, care gap closure, transitions of care, remote monitoring, and patient engagement), and build business cases for net‑new investment, partnerships, or M&A consideration. Product Discovery & Customer Insight Lead structured discovery programs, including customer interviews, site visits, advisory councils, and quantitative research, to surface unmet needs and validate hypotheses before committing to build. Apply SVPG principles: assess value, usability, feasibility, and viability before committing engineering resources. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of care coordination customers on both sides of the market, including provider organizations (independent practices, health systems, and care management teams) and payers (health plan care management, population health, and quality functions), and their distinct workflows, pain points, and success metrics. Synthesize competitive intelligence and market data into actionable insights that continuously sharpen the product direction. Product Development & Delivery Define and communicate clear, outcome‑driven product requirements and prioritized backlogs that empower engineering and design teams to deliver effectively. Partner closely with Engineering and Design as a true product trio, empowering the team to solve problems rather than handing down specifications. Where productization requires capabilities owned by other teams, define clear requirements and build strong cross‑team relationships to influence their roadmaps. Own feature prioritization and trade‑off decisions, maintaining a backlog that balances innovation, technical health, compliance requirements, and customer‑reported issues. Drive a high‑quality product experience, maintaining relentless attention to usability, reliability, performance, security, and scalability across the care coordination portfolio. Go‑to‑Market & Commercial Enablement Serve as the chief product evangelist for care coordination, translating complex capability into compelling narratives for customers, prospects, sales teams, and industry audiences across both provider and payer markets. Collaborate with Marketing to develop positioning, messaging, and content that reflects the product's unique value and resonates across provider and payer buyer personas. Own field readiness for new releases, ensuring Sales, Customer Success, and Support are equipped with the training, tools, and knowledge to successfully position and support care coordination products. Support key deals, strategic accounts, and RFP responses by providing expert‑level product input and participating in customer‑facing conversations. Team Leadership & Organizational Development Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, establishing clear goals, performance expectations, and career development pathways. Foster a customer‑centric, data‑informed, and outcome‑oriented product culture. Ensure PMs are spending time on discovery, talking to customers, and making evidence‑based decisions. Model the behaviors expected of product leaders at Veradigm: intellectual honesty, customer obsession, and a bias toward learning over being right. Recruit top product management talent and build an inclusive team that reflects the diversity of Veradigm's clients and communities. Regularly communicate product progress, wins, and challenges to stakeholders across the organization, creating alignment and shared accountability. Compliance & Regulatory Awareness Ensure all care coordination products meet applicable regulatory and compliance standards, including HIPAA, CMS rules relevant to care management and chronic care management, interoperability and information blocking requirements, quality reporting, payer requirements, and Veradigm's internal quality standards. Proactively monitor the regulatory environment, including value‑based care policy and quality measure changes, and incorporate upcoming changes into product planning to reduce client risk and maintain market credibility. Compensation for this job is subject to market conditions, geographic considerations, the candidate’s unique skills and experience, state and local laws, and budget. Our commitment to pay transparency is a testament to our dedication to creating a fair, equitable, and inclusive workplace. By continuously analyzing market trends, staying abreast of changes in state laws, and making budgetary adjustments accordingly, we strive to ensure that our compensation practices reflect the value we place on our associates’ unique contributions and support their professional growth. Enhancing Lives and Building Careers Veradigm believes in empowering our associates with the tools and flexibility to bring the best version of themselves to work and to further their professional development. Together, we are In the Network. Visa Sponsorship is not offered for this position. At Veradigm, our greatest strength comes from bringing together talented people with diverse perspectives to support the needs of healthcare providers, life science companies, health plans, and the patients they serve. The Veradigm Network is a dynamic, open community of solutions, external partners, and cutting‑edge artificial intelligence technologies that provide advanced insights, technology, and data‑driven solutions. Head of Investor Relations (New York)

About FIRY We build companies that help people create, compete, and grow. FIRY (NYSE: FIRY) is a founder‑led global holding company built to fuel business potential. Founded in 2012 by entrepreneur Andrew Paradise, FIRY began by inventing an entirely new category: real‑money skill‑based mobile gaming. What started as a single bold idea became Skillz, a platform with more than 90 million registered users and one of the largest sources of first‑party behavioral data in gaming. Today, FIRY is building something much bigger. We’re creating a portfolio of category‑defining businesses operating at the intersection of AI, identity, gaming, commerce, and performance marketing. Each business is successful on its own. Together, they create a flywheel of technology, data, and distribution that’s difficult to replicate. Skillz: The competition platform that pioneered real‑money skill‑based gaming and continues to power millions of competitive experiences while generating unique behavioral insights. RZR: Our AI‑native performance advertising platform, rebuilt from first principles and profitable for three consecutive quarters, helping brands acquire customers more intelligently. Beamable: The infrastructure powering the next generation of live games, giving developers everything they need to build, operate, and scale online experiences. FIRY is publicly traded on the NYSE and headquartered in Las Vegas, with hubs in San Francisco, New York City, and Bengaluru. We’re still early and looking for builders who want to create products that define industries—not simply compete in them. About The Role FIRY is looking for a Head of Investor Relations to serve as our primary liaison to the investment community, shaping how the market understands a founder‑led holding company with three independent, compounding businesses. This is a chance to build FIRY’s investor relations function from the ground up: owning the narrative across Skillz, RZR, and Beamable, and translating a complex, multi‑business story into a clear, credible case for value. You’ll report into the CFO and work directly with our CEO and executive team, and report on your impact at the highest levels of the company. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and equity analysts, ensuring clear, consistent communication that strengthens market trust. Lead the development and execution of the company’s investor narrative, materials, and disclosure strategy across earnings, investor deck, IR website, and external communications. Establish and manage a scalable internal IR function, including systems, templates, workflows, CRM, engagement calendar, and reporting infrastructure. Drive investor and analyst engagement through targeted outreach, roadshows, conferences, and ongoing touchpoints; proactively gather and synthesize market intelligence and investor feedback. Own the full quarterly earnings process end‑to‑end, partnering with Finance, Legal, and Executive teams to produce accurate, aligned, and compelling financial communications. Develop and report IR performance metrics (sentiment, ownership mix, coverage quality, valuation gaps), using insights to guide leadership decisions and long‑term capital markets strategy. Key Competencies Capital Markets & Financial Acumen: Demonstrate strong understanding of financial statements, valuation drivers, and public‑market dynamics. Investor Communications & Storytelling: Translate strategy, product updates, and financial results into clear, compelling narratives. Strategic Relationship Building: Engage institutional investors, manage analyst coverage, and influence market perception with credibility. Fundraising & Roadshow Execution: Lead investor outreach, support capital‑raising efforts, and drive preparation and execution of roadshows and investor meetings. Operational Excellence: Build scalable systems, streamline workflows, and improve IR processes with precision and accountability. Experience 10 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or related capital markets functions. Led end‑to‑end fundraising strategy and execution, owning outreach and negotiating. Track record of leading or materially contributing to quarterly earnings cycles, public‑company financial communications, or investor‑facing strategic messaging. Demonstrated success engaging institutional investors and analysts, with experience managing roadshows, perception analyses, or investor outreach programs. Preferred Experience in TMT industries (technology, media, telecom). Preferred exposure to or understanding of the gaming and interactive entertainment ecosystem. Preferred experience building or optimizing IR infrastructure (systems, templates, reporting, CRM, or workflows) strongly preferred. Preferred background in a public‑company or high‑growth tech environment is a plus, with comfort operating in a fast‑paced, data‑driven setting. Starting Base Bonus $250,000 Equity Location Hybrid in New York, New York Travel Requirement Less than 40% Why FIRY You are at the center of everything. Corporate roles at FIRY do not support one business. They support the infrastructure, strategy, and execution that makes three independent businesses work and compound as they grow together. Founder‑led. Andrew Paradise founded Skillz in 2012 with a single conviction: that fair, real‑money skill‑based competition should exist at scale. Thirteen years later, he has taken the company public on the NYSE, built a portfolio of three independent businesses, earned 90 patents, and won the largest false advertising verdict in U.S. history. He is still here, still the founder, still the CEO, still building. That kind of long‑term commitment is rare. At FIRY, it defines the culture from the top down. A portfolio at the beginning of its compounding phase. Four consecutive quarters of sequential revenue growth. Q1 2026 revenue up 33% year‑over‑year. RZR at 120% year‑over‑year growth in Q1 2026 and profitable for three consecutive quarters. The flywheel is turning. A mission worth the work. FIRY's mission is to fuel business potential. The systems FIRY builds help developers build businesses, advertisers acquire the right users, and infrastructure that turns competitive play into a scalable commercial engine. The addressable market across performance marketing, gaming infrastructure, and skill‑based competition is $45B. Comprehensive Benefits. 100% coverage for medical, dental, and vision for you and your dependents. 401K matching, equity incentives, pre‑tax benefit options, and more. Wellness Support. Meditation and mental health resources, physical fitness coaching and classes, family planning assistance, virtual therapy sessions, and more. Time Off. Competitive PTO and company holidays. FIRY embraces diversity and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. As part of our commitment to diversifying our workforce, we do not discriminate on the basis of age, race, sex, gender, gender identity, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, marital status, citizenship, veteran status, or disability status, and we operate in compliance with applicable fair chance ordinances.
