Job Description Job Description Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience required. An opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in Operating Room nursing to support surgical teams specializing in Gynecology and Genitourinary procedures. This contract role requires proficiency in complex surgical interventions and the ability to deliver exceptional patient care within a Level One Trauma Center environment. Candidates should be adept at handling a broad patient demographic, from pediatrics to geriatrics, and capable of thriving under high-stress, fast-paced conditions. Key Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 3 years Level 1 trauma operating room experience Competency with robotics (Da Vinci Xi system) Skilled in procedures including PCNLs, nephrectomies, ureteral reimplants, hysterectomies, cystectomies, colpocleisis, hysteroscopies, and ureteroscopy CNOR certification preferred Experience working with diverse specialties including general surgery, GU/GYN, orthopedic trauma, neurosurgery, ENT, plastics, dental, and endovascular procedures Familiarity with Epic EMR system Location: This position is based in Portland, Maine, offering clinicians the chance to work at a premier Level One Trauma Center.
